Now, though, it has a program called "Engineering Outreach" that "integrates innovative technology to deliver complete and fully accredited graduate degree programs and certificates to students worldwide."

Program participants can view lectures online or on a DVD or USB flash drive. Over 70 courses are available. Academic focus areas include business, nuclear engineering, psychology, statistics and water resources.

Masters degrees are available in bio-agricultural management, civil engineering, computer engineering and science, electrical engineering and management, geological engineering, mechanical and teaching mathematics.

Academic certificates are also available in such subjects as analog integrated circuit design, semiconductor theory and devices and water resources engineering.
