China Distance Education Holdings Ltd., based in Beijing, signed an exclusive partnership with Becker Professional Education, a U.S. subsidiary of DeVry Inc., iStockAnalyst, an online news source, announced today.
The Chinese company will provide a course and materials in Mainland China for the American certification of public accountants.
"We are glad to strike an exclusive partnership with Becker, hoping that its Chinese-student-tailored high-quality U.S. CPA courses would further sharpen the competitive edge of Chinese accountants,” Zhu Zhengdong, the company President and CEO, was quoted as saying.
The American company Becker currently assists over 500,000 American professionals pass the CPA. China Distance Edu., founded in 2000, serves clients in accounting, law and architecture in China.
