Over 1.4 million members of the American Federation of Teachers can now receive a 30 percent tuition reduction at Drexel University Online for accredited graduate education programs. The benefit is available to members and their immediate families. The full 30 percent discount applies to graduate education programs. But an additional 10-25 percent tuition reduction applies to other programs. In addition, members can apply for the program at no cost.
AFT notes that Drexel U. Online is ranked among "America's Best Graduate Schools" in 2009 by U.S. News and World Report. The programs available to AFT members include an MS in Higher Education; MS in Teaching, Learning and Curriculum; and an MS in Nursing Education and Faculty Role. Drexel also provides a BS in Education and Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate.
